Can I Return My Product?

We at Cryptoholic Shop value quality. We accept returns on any damaged items, defective items, or items that did not match our website's description. However, we cannot accept returns on items that you ordered in the wrong style or size.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, then please email with a photo within 30 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns on products bought off of our site, such as Trezor and Ledger cryptocurrency wallets.

We offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • the item does not match the description on our website, or
  • the item (packaging excluded) arrives defective or damaged
  • the item was ordered within the United States

What if I Ordered the Wrong Size or Style?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items that were ordered in the wrong size or style, as many of our products are custom made on-demand when a customer's order is purchased.

What if I Submitted a Wrong Address on my Order?

Please email us immediately at with your correct address, as we may be able to change the address. If the order has already been processed and you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed the updated your address.

How Will My Refund Be Processed?

You can return your product for:

  • store credit, or
  • a refund to the original payment method.

Will How Long Will It Take for Me to Receive My Refund?

After your return has been processed, it will typically take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

Can I Get a Refund of My Cryptocurrency?

Sorry, at this time we cannot process cryptocurrency refunds.  If you paid for your product with cryptocurrency, your refund will be given via store credit, a replacement product, or via your original payment method.

How Can I Qualify for Free Returns?

Your item(s) must meet the following conditions to qualify for our free returns: 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • You live in the U.S.

If I Live Outside the U.S., Can I Still Return My Item for a Refund?

Yes, for customers outside the US, the international shipping label must be paid for by the customer. Please email us for and we'll help you take care of it.

What Steps Do I Take to Initiate My Return?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at and include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. The name of the product(s) you would like to return
  4. Why you are returning the product
  5. A photo of the item if the item is damaged or defective (this does not include product casing or packaging)
  6. After receiving the shipping label via email, the item must be sent back to us within 7 days

After reviewing your item, we will send you a free prepaid shipping label to ship your item back to us. Once we receive your item, we will initiate your refund. 

Shipping Charges/Gift Cards/Store Credit

All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

What Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Cryptoholic Shop will not reimburse additional charges.

What Chargebacks

Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.

What False Claims

False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Excessive Returns

If you return over $200 in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
